These terms cover this website and the text message program described below. The website is a marketing site: it describes services offered by ASCENT CLIENT ACQUISITION SYSTEMS LLC and lets a sponsor ask for a scoping call. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or legal, investment or tax advice, and the scope, fee and terms of any engagement are set in a written agreement signed by both sides.
Text message program
Every form on this site carries two optional, unchecked checkboxes for text messages — one for non-marketing messages about the scoping call you booked, one for marketing messages. They are separate permissions, and the program both opt into is described here in full. These are messages to you, the sponsor, about your own enquiry — they are unrelated to how Ascent contacts a sponsor's investor leads, which is governed by the sponsor's own counsel-approved scripts and by the standing limits published on the main page.

- Two consents, collected separately
- Every form on this site carries two optional checkboxes, both unchecked. The first is non-marketing consent: texts about your scoping call — confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates. The second is marketing consent: promotional texts. Ticking one does not tick the other, and marketing messages only ever go to a number whose marketing box was ticked.
- What the non-marketing messages are
- Confirming the scoping call you booked, reminding you of it, and telling you if the time changes. Nothing promotional.
- What the marketing messages are
- Following up on your enquiry and occasional offers. These may be sent by autodialer. Consent to receive them is not a condition of any purchase.
- How you join
- By checking a box on a form on this site and submitting your mobile number. Both boxes are optional and start unchecked — every form here can be submitted without either, and we do not text a number that did not opt in.
- Age
- You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages from ASCENT CLIENT ACQUISITION SYSTEMS LLC.
- Message frequency
- Message frequency varies. In practice this is a handful of messages around a scheduled call and, if you opted into marketing, occasional messages after that.
- Cost
- There is no charge from us for the messages. Message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier's plan governs what you pay to send and receive them.
- How to stop
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after it. Reply START to rejoin, or opt in again through a form on this site.

- Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.
- Your data
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt in from any form on this site, and out again by replying STOP to any message. What we do with the number is set out in our privacy policy.
Using this site
Don't submit anyone else's contact details, don't try to break or overload the site, and don't scrape it. The text, images and marks on the site belong to ASCENT CLIENT ACQUISITION SYSTEMS LLC. Links to other sites are for convenience and we aren't responsible for what is on them.
The site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate but don't warrant that it is free of errors or always available, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for loss arising from using it. Benchmark figures on this site are published third-party category figures, are labelled as such, are not Ascent results, and guarantee no outcome.
